COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES
All of our offices are open and we can work with clients in-person or online. (Our Toronto office is only offering online sessions until April 2021.)
The health and safety of our staff and clients is paramount, and we are following all health and safety guidelines as laid out by the provincial governments and health authorities in the provinces where our clinics are located. We have put the following safety procedures in place at our offices:
All individuals entering the office must immediately wash their hands or disinfect with hand sanitizer. There are multiple units of hand sanitizer located throughout the office.
We have physical distancing circles in place for parents/students to stand in while waiting for your health screening.
Students must take all personal belongings with them to the room they will be working in, including jackets, bags and snacks.
We have installed plexiglass partitions on tables to separate clinician and student. Clinicians and staff are required to wear a mask while in our offices.
Sanitation of all high-touch surfaces will occur frequently throughout the day, and each clinical space will be thoroughly sanitized after each session.
We ask that only one parent (and no siblings) drop-off and pick-up their child.
If you or your child is ill, you will not be permitted to attend The Reading Foundation.
